Frequently Asked questions
If you have old PMU or tattooed eyebrows, a consultation is required. If your old work is 60-70% faded, I can cover it up using the powder brows technique or nano brows for a natural, refreshed look. However, if the old tattoo is too dark or saturated, laser removal or color correction may be necessary before new work can be done.
Yes! A touch-up session is a crucial part of the permanent makeup process to ensure the best results for nano brows, powder brows, microblading, and lip blush.
Touch-Up (4-8 Weeks After the Initial Procedure):
The healing process can cause some areas of the pigment to fade unevenly. This session allows me to refine the shape, adjust color intensity, and fill in any spots that may have lightened too much. Whether you’ve chosen nano brows, powder brows, or microblading, this step is essential for long-lasting, well-defined results.
Pain tolerance varies from person to person, but most clients find the procedure very manageable. To ensure maximum comfort, a high-quality numbing cream is applied before the procedure and additional numbing gel is used during the session as needed.
The sensation differs based on the technique:
Nano Brows & Microblading: Feels like light scratching or small hair strokes being etched into the skin.
Powder Brows: Feels more like a gentle vibration or shading effect rather than individual strokes.
Lip Blush: Can be slightly more sensitive due to the delicate nature of the lips, but numbing helps minimize discomfort.
Most clients rate the discomfort as 2-3 out of 10, describing it as mild pressure or a tingling sensation. Some even find the process relaxing! If you have a low pain tolerance, let me know, and I will adjust the numbing process to keep you as comfortable as possible.
